Welcome to Zingela Game Tracker Safaris, an invitation to immerse yourself in ethical and exhilarating hunting experiences set amidst Africa’s radiant landscapes. Our safaris provide ethical fair chase hunting opportunities within prestigious Private Game Reserves and Privately Owned Concessions.

Inclusions in all packages

  • Services of Licensed Professional Hunter, Trackers, Driver, Skinners and Camp Personnel.
  • Fully equipped 4×4 hunting vehicle.
  • Ground transport in hunting area during the safari.
  • One hunting vehicle per hunter and his observers, maximum 4 clients.
  • All daily rates, accommodation in luxurious safari lodge or tented camp.
  • Home-cooked and traditional cuisine, soft drinks, bottle water and a selection of local beers and wine during the safari period (reasonable quantity).
  • Field preparation and salting of trophies.
  • Daily laundry and room services.
  • Trophy fees and species as indicated per safari special.

Exclusions in all packages

  • Arrival and departure days @ $250 per client.
  • Gratuities to Professional Hunter, Trackers, Drivers, Skinners and Camp Staff.
  • Additional observers @ $300pd and 2nd Hunter @ $450pd. (2×1)
  • Transfers to and from OR Tambo International Airport @ $250 per client per way.
  • Additional transport or vehicle hire for larger groups.
  • Additional species / trophies not included in package and hunting days from 2024 price list.
  • Transportation of raw trophies to our local taxidermist @ $200 per client.
  • Charges of any trophy animals’ wounded + 15% Government Value Added Tax.
  • Special hunting licenses and permits as required (CITES and TOPS).
  • Cost of additional accommodation before and after the safari.
  • Rifle hire at $50pd and ammunition at cost or firearm importation fees into South Africa.
  • Flights to and from South Africa.
  • Commercial air charters between hunting areas if requested by clients.
  • Medical, Travel and Cancelation expenses – please arrange your own insurance.
  • Taxidermy work, Dip, Pack and Ship of trophies. (Payable to taxidermy or expeditors). Pricelist available on request.
  • Alcoholic beverages and special imported drinks.
  • 15% Government Value Added Tax.Â

Terms & Conditions

  • Safari will be confirmed on receipt of 50% non-refundable deposits of the total safari rate.
  • Balance of safari rates (safari fees) is payable 90 days prior to commencement of the safari.
  • There will be no refunds on cancellations. Dates booked as per contract will be paid for in full.
  • Before commencement of the safari, clients are required to complete and sign a safari contract & general information sheet.
  • All clients & observers are required to read and sign our indemnity from before commencement of the safari.
  • All rates are quoted in US $ (Dollars) unless otherwise specified.
  • A clients arrival day will be considered a non-hunting day @ $250 per client, observers @ $200 per day each excluding the 15% Government Value Add Tax.
  • Any travelling day between states / hunting areas will be considered a hunting day.
  • Transportation by vehicle between states / hunting areas or photographic tours transfers are charged at $400 per vehicle each way.
  • Any clients wishing to fly between areas are responsible for his own Professional Hunter & one tracker / skinner airfare.
  • Whilst all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of clients, observers and their possessions, we the company ZINGELA GAME TRACKER SAFARIS PTY LTD accept no responsibility for any illness, accident or loss of whatsoever nature, arising during or after the safari.Â
  • Trophy fees are payable at the end of safari, prior to departure.
  • Any game wounded and not found must be paid for in full + 15% Government Value Added Tax.
  • 15% Government Value Added Tax is payable on all daily rates & transportation. Trophy fees are exempt, as they are an export. Vat cannot be claimed back on the daily rates as it is for a service provided.
  • All payments to be made in credit card (if available), US Dollars\Euros\ Cash.
  • 5% Booking & Administration fee will be charged on credit card payments.
  • Prices subject to changes without prior notice, unless deposits have already been received.
  • Airfare prices quoted are an estimate and are subject to change as per airline until payments has been received
